Love Nature, It will Love you Back..

 

 

 

It’s a shame more people don’t realize that some of their unhappiness can be directly caused by a lack of#nature.

 

Nature effects our Brain in many ways by giving stimulation  not only physically but a chance to mentally unwind from what you do daily.

Feeling bad?

Spend 5 to 10 minutes in a park or woods. It’s free. [for now]    Everything should be small increments of CHANGE.  It will be easier to adapt.

Seriously even if it’s once per week. Start there .  Even if its walking your dog or taking pictures.

Tell me how you feel later and how you feel after weeks of doing it.
